Why we built Finzara AI
Finance teams across the GCC lose hours every week to work that shouldn't need a human: reading PDF invoices, retyping line items, and reformatting spreadsheets so they'll actually upload into their ERP without errors.
Most automation tools solve this by asking you to upload your invoices to their servers. For finance teams handling VAT numbers, vendor details, and payment data, that trade-off is a hard sell — and often a compliance non-starter.
So we built Finzara AI to remove the trade-off entirely. Our finance automation tools run the entire process — reading, extraction, formatting — inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded, stored, or seen by anyone but you. You get the automation without a new place for sensitive financial data to live.
Finzara AI Invoice Capture is our first product: invoice automation built specifically for VAT-compliant, bilingual Arabic/English invoices, exporting straight into ERP-ready Excel. It's the first of several finance automation tools we're building for GCC mid-market teams.
