This isn't the whole plan.
Finzara AI Invoice Capture is real, it works, and it's what you can use today. But if you're wondering whether this is the endgame — it's not. It's step one.
The dream I'm actually building toward
Here's the honest version: I want Finzara to have its own finance LLM — a model that runs entirely on infrastructure we own and control, not routed through someone else's AI API, not dependent on another company's terms of service, pricing, or product decisions.
In simple terms: we want to build you a private AI finance team. Not a chatbot that writes generic advice — a system that actually knows your numbers, automates the repetitive work in the background, and answers when you ask. You want a cash runway report? Today, that's three days, two follow-ups with the CFO, and a spreadsheet someone builds from scratch. With this, it's a prompt — and you get it back the way you actually need it, not a template that half-fits.
Think of it as a Finance ChatGPT, except it's exclusively yours. It knows only your company's numbers, it works only for your company, and nothing you ask it gets shared, pooled, or used to train anything outside your walls. Not a general assistant that happens to know finance — your finance team's private brain, running on infrastructure we own.
Right now, most "AI finance tools" — ours included, today — are really just clever wrappers around someone else's model. That works, but it has a ceiling. You're trusting a black box you don't control, built for a general audience, not for GCC finance teams specifically.
The version I actually want to build is different: a finance-specific LLM, trained and run on our own servers, built for the exact problems finance teams in this region deal with — bilingual documents, VAT compliance, ERP workflows — not adapted from something generic. Full control over how it behaves, what it prioritizes, and where the data actually lives.
That's the real ambition. Invoice Capture is the first honest step toward it, not the destination.
What this means if you're using Finzara now
If you start using Finzara today, you're not signing up for a finished product — you're getting in early on something still being built. That's not a downside, it's the point.
Every piece of feedback you give us now — what's missing, what's annoying, what you wish it did — actually shapes what gets built next. You're not a number in a support queue; you're one of the people this is being built for, in real time.
And when the bigger version — the in-house finance LLM — starts coming together, you won't be finding out about it as a cold pitch. You'll already be inside it, because you were here when it was just an invoice tool with a plan.
The honest caveat
I don't have a launch date for this. I'm not going to invent one to sound impressive. What I can tell you is that this is the direction everything we build is pointed toward — and I'd rather tell you that plainly now than let you assume Invoice Capture is all there ever will be.
